What services does Kirsty offer?
Kirsty provides consulting services to individuals and groups, which includes individual counselling and nutrition education. These can be online, by telephone or face-to-face in Annandale Sydney. Kirsty also offers online mentoring services to dietitians in the area of adverse food reactions.
What is Kirsty an expert in?
Kirsty is an expert in adverse food reactions, including food allergy, food chemical sensitivity, FODMAP intolerance, coeliac disease, eosinophilic oesophagitis, FPIES, oral allergy syndrome and other adverse food reactions. Kirsty is also an expert in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, including Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Kirsty also has an interest in chronic disease management, Health At Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating (IE).
What are the rates of services?
Rates of service are as follows (depending on service required):
- Initial consultation: $150-$180 (45-60 minutes); or $170-$210 (extended initial, 60-75mins)
- Review consultation: $100 (20-30 minutes); or $110-$120 (extended review, 30-45 mins)
Speak with your GP about whether you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan. If eligible, you will receive a Medicare rebate ($60) on a portion of the cost of your consultations. Alternatively, if you have 'top-level' private health insurance, you may be eligible to claim a portion of the consultation cost from your health fund.
Please note, a $50 cancellation fee will be incurred for failure to cancel without 24 hours notice of your scheduled consultation time.

Dietitians' undertaken evidence-based study that includes supervised and assessed professional practice in clinical nutrition. Dietitians' have expertise in individual dietary counselling, medical nutrition therapy, and group dietary therapy.
As different to 'dietitian', the term ‘nutritionist’ is not regulated, and may be used by dietitians, nutrition scientists, nutrition graduates, and those with very limited qualifications in nutrition. Learn more here.
